Do any of these statements relate to you?

  • You wish you had more confidence in your abilities as a therapist.
  • You don’t feel like you have everything you need to do your job efficiently.
  • You don’t feel like you know everything you need to know to do your job effectively.
  • You value your time with your family, and would rather not spend that time searching for materials and researching therapy strategies.

WOULDN'T IT BE NICE TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP YOU INCREASE YOUR CONFIDENCE IN YOUR THERAPY SKILLS BY PROVIDING YOU WITH HELPFUL INFORMATION AND EFFECTIVE & EFFICIENT MATERIALS?

Well, you’re in the right place, because that’s exactly what I do!

I’m Kelly Workman and my passion is providing elementary Speech-Language Pathologists with informative content and effective materials to help them grow confidence in their therapy skills.
I’ve been where you are, and I know what you're going through!
After graduating, I spent several years in the school-setting, and I constantly felt like I was drowning. On the first day of my first elementary school position, I was led into an empty trailer with zero materials and felt like I might have a panic attack! I frequently searched on Pinterest and TpT for materials and ideas, but it was all so overwhelming. Why couldn’t I find a “one-stop-shop” for effective therapy materials and information?  So, I decided to create one myself. 🙂

Let me be your SLP cheerleader. Take me with you as you navigate this
crazy-stressful profession of ours. I am so looking forward to supporting you along your way.

I’m a Georgia girl, born and raised! My husband was in the military, so we were misplaced in California for roughly a decade. We made our way back in 2014, and plan to stay. We have 4 young children, 2 boys and 2 girls, who keep us on our toes.

I received my degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California State University, Chico, and have worked exclusively with pediatrics. I’ve worked in elementary and middle schools as well as the private practice setting. I launched my business in mid 2015 and discovered my true passion in life – using my creativity and other God-given talents to be a source of hope for other therapists.

I love watching my children grow and learn new things. I’m so obsessed with Ted Talks that I watch them while folding laundry, and usually cry or come away feeling really inspired. I love people, but require time alone to re-charge and face the craziness of life with 2 toddlers and 2 pre-teens. During this alone time I enjoy reading self-help books or devotionals. I’m also a lover of egg-rolls and edamame. Seriously. Love them!
